Pressed ceramics are proven to be more durable and chip-resistant than layered ceramics. This is due to the improved physical properties and grain size of the ceramics, combined with Lords’ specific zirconia manufacturing process. Pressed ceramics have fewer subsurface porosities and more uniform grain structures, making polishing and adjusting very easy.

Lords’ Press-to-Zirconia is an outstanding all-ceramic bridge restoration. We are able to match optical properties and shade to adjacent e.max and Empress restorations when required for combination cases.

Lords’ zirconia frameworks are milled from validated materials, and then shaded like dentin in order to match the value and shade without appearing too bright.
