We’ve developed a
very unique systems approach that has allowed us to actually
improve our quality, consistency
and communication as we grow. Our Dentists’ Advisory
Council™ is an integral part of that system,
keeping us focused on the issues that matter most. In an
age when
the future of your lab is in question because of the impending
retirement of the owner, know that this system has allowed
Lord’s to successfully transition through three different
ownership groups. Today, more than half the management
team owns a part of the company!
Lord’s
has invested a tremendous amount of time over the years
going inside
and learning about how your practice
really works. This enables us to design prosthetic and
continuing education services that are tailored to your
needs. It also put us in a position of being asked
by our clients to help
manage other aspects of their practice. In 2001, based
on the direction of the Dentists’ Council, we partnered
with a CPA firm and formed a separate practice
management company to
better serve this specific need of our customers.
