Education Services |
| |
Each
year Lord’s schedules seminars with noted experts
for various areas of dentistry, notifying you 30 to
90 days in advance. Fees charged cover speaker and
meeting expenses. The balance of funds is shared with
co-sponsoring societies and local dental charities.
In addition, our seminar facility for groups of 30
or more is available to study groups, etc. at no cost.
Finally, upon request, Lord’s technical support
staff will conduct training programs for dental offices,
societies, study clubs, assistant/hygienist associations,
etc., either at your location or in Lord’s comfortable
continuing education training facilities. |

| Shade
Matching Services |
| |
With
the doctor’s prescription, Lord’s will
take shades in the laboratory for a nominal fee. If
you would prefer to have your patient visit our laboratory
for shade matching services, a custom stain charge will be required. For both
of these services, we require a minimum of 4 hours advance notice. |

| Supplies |
| |
Prosthetic-related
supplies are available simply by calling Lord’s.
Products include impression materials and trays (Clinician’s
Choice, Accu-Dent, etc.), bonding kits, denture cleaners,
gypsums, shade guides, etc. Orders phoned in before
3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. |

| Equipment
Leasing Service |
| |
We
offer implant screwdrivers and other equipment that
can be expensive for the doctor to purchase for limited
use through our leasing program. Depending on the value
of the item, a deposit and reasonable daily charge
is required for this service. Call for more information
and to check availability. |
